Shiftmoor (by CyberMax) checks public web pages that its users ask it to watch, on a schedule (at most every few hours per page). It identifies itself as "CyberMax-Shiftmoor/1.0", reads and obeys robots.txt (user-agent token: cybermax-shiftmoor), fetches only public http(s) pages, never logs in and never submits forms. To opt out, add to robots.txt:
